Karojba

Karojba is a small city and mentioned for the first time in 1258 and originates from latin “Quadruvium”  (crossing of two roads)

The Church of St. Andrew, built on the cemetery, is from the 13th century. The Parish Church of All Saints was built in 1580 and extended in 1814 and 1913, and restored in 1986. In the Church of St. Nicholas in Rakotule  are frescoes.
