Monument “Boskarin” near Grožnjan

The Boskarin is a typical Istrian white-grey cow with long horns, which had largely disappeared in the nineties of the last century, due to the arrival of tractors.

The  Boskarin was frequently used for plowing land, in housing and for meat- milk production.

At the moment there is a lot of interest for the Boskarin.
